Shridhar is backed by over twenty five years of cross functional experience in Product Development, Software Engineering, Program Management, Technology Development, Start-up Operations, Training, Offshoring, New Market Development, Outbound OEM as well as Alliance Development, and Product Integration.

He has partnered and worked with  over fifty global enterprises that include Hitachi Kenki, Cannon, Motorola, Staples, NEC, Toshiba, KForce, AT&T, IBM, HP Enterprise Services, Oracle, Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys Technologies, and Direct Sourcing Solutions Inc.

During his assignment with one of these multinational companies, Shridhar helped it create a new business opportunity with a multiyear multimillion dollars product license and attach business.

Rohit is responsible for acquiring and managing several of our most important client relationships and projects. Rohit also plays a key role in helping shape the company's core focus areas, go-to-market strategy, innovation and product management, delivery processes, and the pre-sales process. Rohit is the creator of our Test Automation products, AutomationNG and ManageNG.

Rohit brings with him over 16 years of solid IT experience, which includes delivery management, executive relationship management, technology thought-leadership, pre-sales, and business development. In the short span of the last 5 years, Rohit has helped win and successfully deliver engagements exceeding 1,000+ person-years. Within the customer community, Rohit is considered an authority in the areas of software product design, architecture definition, and engagement process definition.


Venkatesh C has more than 15 years of experience in the Learning industry. He holds a Post Graduate degree in Project Management along with a PMP Certification from PMI.

Venkatesh has designed and delivered learning solutions for the K-12 segment as well as for several global Fortune 500 companies. Prior to working with Indecomm, Venkatesh was associated with Educomp.

At Indecomm’s Learning Division, Venkatesh is driving the Delivery function for digital & learning  solutions for the APAC and Europe regions. He is responsible for end-to-end project management.


A senior member of Indecomm Learning’s Sales Management team, Conrad is responsible for growing and managing client and partner relationships for the North America region. Since joining the company in 2007, Conrad has been focused on delivering relevant, insightful and practical learning & consulting solutions that improve performance and business results of our clients. With a keen sense of understanding on what it takes to win, Conrad is a passionate sales executive with experience of working across multiple industry sectors including Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Banking, Finance, Logistics, Energy-Utility, Security and Hi-Tech.

Conrad brings with him over 15 years of experience in the industry, with a customer centric mindset and value driven approach. Through his career, Conrad has collaborated and worked with various leaders across the public and private sector and has led a number of complex high profile projects, with particular focus on converting fixed pockets to variable revenue streams. He was a leading member of the Learning Division’s team that received the Brandon Hall Gold and Silver awards for Excellence in Design and Innovation.

Conrad is a certified Instructional Designer and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Pune, with a major in Finance, and is a Post Graduate from IMDR's Sales & Marketing Program.
