A senior member of Indecomm Learning’s Sales Management team, Conrad is responsible for growing and managing client and partner relationships for the North America region. Since joining the company in 2007, Conrad has been focused on delivering relevant, insightful and practical learning & consulting solutions that improve performance and business results of our clients. With a keen sense of understanding on what it takes to win, Conrad is a passionate sales executive with experience of working across multiple industry sectors including Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Banking, Finance, Logistics, Energy-Utility, Security and Hi-Tech.
Conrad brings with him over 15 years of experience in the industry, with a customer centric mindset and value driven approach. Through his career, Conrad has collaborated and worked with various leaders across the public and private sector and has led a number of complex high profile projects, with particular focus on converting fixed pockets to variable revenue streams. He was a leading member of the Learning Division’s team that received the Brandon Hall Gold and Silver awards for Excellence in Design and Innovation.
Conrad is a certified Instructional Designer and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Pune, with a major in Finance, and is a Post Graduate from IMDR's Sales & Marketing Program.
