Mr. Torell is a Partner of Core Capital Group, a private investment firm. He led a number of major American banking institutions and has participated in virtually all phases of the financial services industry.

He is the former Chairman of the International Executive Service Corps, a Washington-based organization devoted to building private enterprise and essential services in developing nations.

He is the former President of Manufacturers Hanover Corporation, a predecessor of JP Morgan Chase, New York, former Chairman & CEO of CalFed Inc., Los Angeles, and of Fortune Bancorp, Tampa, Florida. He has served on the boards of the Paine Webber Group, New York Telephone, Volt Information Sciences, Wyeth Pharmaceutical, and a number of privately-owned companies. He was also a Trustee of the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

He graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Economics and studied at New York University's Graduate School of Business.

Naresh Ponnapa is the Group CEO and Managing Director of Indecomm Global Services. He has worked in various senior capacities within the Unilever organization for 21 years, on assignments both in India and abroad. He was a key member of Unilever's core Mergers & Acquisitions team in London and a Special Assistant to the Chairman of Unilever. On joining Unilever's India wing, Hindustan Lever Limited (HLL), he became the youngest ever member on its Board.

Prior to his present role as Group CEO and Managing Director of Indecomm Global Services, Naresh was the COO/Operating partner in Connect Capital and was responsible for identifying investment opportunities in the BPO space. Currently, he is on the Board of several BPO companies.

KP Balaraj is a Managing Director with WestBridge Capital India, formerly WestBridge Capital Partners. Prior to co-founding WestBridge, Balaraj worked at Goldman Sachs, Miradiant, and Salomon Brothers. Balaraj was part of the Whitehall Group of Goldman Sachs & Co., primarily based in New York and Hong Kong, where he was involved with private equity investing in Asia. During his tenure at Goldman Sachs, he served as a key member of Goldman-backed funds and operating companies that invested over $1 billion of private equity capital in Southeast Asia. At Miradiant, Balaraj was a co-founder and CFO of a financial services venture-backed startup in New York focused on trade finance and payment systems. His career began as an investment banker in the M&A group of Salomon Brothers based in New York, where he focused on corporate and private equity transactions. Balaraj currently serves on the boards of several companies, including Indecomm Global Services, Firstsource Solutions, Astra, Tarang, and Travel Guru.

Cathleen Raffaeli is the President and Managing Director of the Hamilton White Group, a global investment and advisory firm. Cathleen is a former CEO with over twenty-eight years of business management experience. Cathleen has been employed in senior positions at some of the world’s largest financial services institutions, including Citi Corp, Chemical Bank, Merrill Lynch, Emery Worldwide, and the Continental Group. Her focus has been on new business growth, sales and marketing, strategy, and asset redeployment for a wide range of industries. She brings a unique blend of marketing, strategy, and technology experience that has served her well in creating a competitive advantage for large corporate, entrepreneurial, and turn-around situations. During her private company tenure, Cathleen helped to raise over $350 million of new capital and bought and sold multiple companies. During the last six years, the Hamilton White Group, with over $60million under management, has developed a strong competency in the Knowledge Sector, including Human Capital Management, Education, Publishing, and Media.

Cathleen is the former Lead Director and current Board Director of E*Trade Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ETFC) and a Director of the New York Federal Home Loan Bank Board, where she chairs the Compensation Committee. She is a Director of several educational institutions and is an adjunct professor at New York University. Cathleen holds an MBA degree from New York University, from where she graduated with honors.
