Quality Control Services for Industry Professionals
Indecomm Global Services, Inc. is well known for problem solving capabilities and the ability to quickly launch major operational projects to assist the lender in compliance with all guidelines, especially to meet the new standards for quality control compliance. We have the capability to quickly assess the current situation and provide insight on how to tackle the issue for a client-focused resolution. We customize our services to meet the needs of the client's specific needs.
At our Pre-Funding Quality Control Division, our experienced staff of underwriters and auditors will assess the closed files provided by the client to evaluate the quality of processing and underwriting at the client level. For FHA insured loans, we will utilize HUD'S Neighborhood Watch – Early Warning System to help identify problem areas. We will assist the client in identifying patterns of early default by location, program, loan characteristics, or third party originators. We also review denied loans to ensure compliance with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA).
Our Post-Closing Quality Control Division provides a 30-day turnaround time on delivered files to provide the most benefit from this review. This review includes a compliance review of each file that includes re-verification of income, assets, credit, property assessment, and closing items (title work, homeowner's insurance, mortgage insurance, etc.).
Our quality-control services are delivered through Kaizen®, Indecomm's proprietary web-based risk management technology platform. The system identifies loan level deficiencies and patterns of defects by responsible parties. Kaizen® goes beyond finding and fixing errors to identify the root causes. When Kaizen® is used for all of your quality-control, compliance and risk management audits you will get a holistic view of your institution's overall risk. With the system's robust reporting module, which includes dashboards and executive summaries, you can correct your issues before they become systemic.
The services we offer are even more critical today in assisting our clients through the current challenges presented by the industry and economy to sustain profitable mortgage operations. We are committed to using our expertise to help our clients improve compliance, regain their financial footing, and lower their costs by utilizing our out-sourcing capabilities.
